Lemonade Cheesecake

Ingredients 1 – 8 oz. pkg reduced fat cream cheese, softened (I tried whipped cream cheese and it didn’t work as well) 1 tsp. Crystal Light lemonade drink mix ¼ cup cold fat free milk 1 – 8 oz. tub free whipped topping, thawed 1 6 oz. ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crust

Make It 1. Beat cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. 2. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. 3. Stir in whipped topping 4. Spoon into crust. 5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
