Taco Chili
1 lb. lean ground turkey 1 onion, chopped 2-3 cloves minced garlic (you can’t use too much!) 1½ cups celery (not too finely chopped – use more if you like) 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1 small can chopped green chili's 1 13 oz. can chopped or stewed tomatoes (you can use 2 cans of you like) 4 16 oz. cans of beans (mix or match: pinto, kidney, black, navy, etc.) 1 package taco seasoning 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing mix 2 tsp. cumin 1 16 oz. bag of frozen corn ½ - l cup water (optional – it makes it more soupy and with the addition of more canned tomatoes & even one more can of beans, it’s really not needed)

Brown turkey, adding onions, garlic & celery about halfway through. One by one, add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain anything, just dump. Heat through. Simmer for a while if you like.

This makes a huge pot. There are many variations. Just dump stuff in – it’s great!
